Rules for using PBL’s website, My PBL account and digital shipment services.

Scope & acceptance

Use of the website and My PBL is subject to these terms. Account activation records the accepted Terms version and acceptance time.

Quotations & service requests

Online quotation submissions are requests for PBL review and are not automatic transport commitments. Commercial terms are confirmed separately before execution.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate shipment, contact, commodity and document information and keep account credentials confidential.

Carriers, agents & third parties

PBL may coordinate carriers, agents and service partners. Third-party transport events remain separate from PBL operational status.

Documents & communications

Uploaded files, shipment messages and operational updates remain attached to the relevant company or shipment record and must be used only for legitimate logistics activity.

Tracking, ETA & availability

Carrier tracking and ETA information may change. PBL presents its operational status separately and may use official-carrier fallback where direct integration is unavailable.

Payments

PBL does not collect raw card numbers or CVV. Card payments, when launched, will use a hosted PCI-compliant provider.

Account security & prohibited use

Credential sharing outside authorized users, malicious access, tampering, automated abuse and attempts to access another organization’s data are prohibited.

Liability, force majeure & governing terms

Final liability, force-majeure, governing-law and dispute wording requires legal approval before production publication.
