Why PBL uses it

Company accounts & authorized users
My PBL data is scoped to the customer organization and authorized users. Staff access is role-controlled and auditable.
Service providers & partners
PBL may use hosting, email, carriers, agents, payment providers and other processors or partners only as needed for the service. Final processor wording requires legal review.
Retention
Practical retention periods for account, shipment, document, payment, audit and analytics data must be finalized before production launch.
Security
PBL’s implementation uses HTTPS, secure sessions, access controls, hashed credentials and tokens, audit logging and backups. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies & analytics
Essential cookies operate the service. Non-essential analytics is disabled until the visitor opts in and can be changed later.
Privacy requests & contact
PBL will provide a documented contact route for privacy and data requests. Final statutory-rights wording requires legal review before production.
